The Textile Leaders’ Conclave 2025, organized by JITO Ahmedabad, was successfully held on Saturday, 19th July 2025, at Hotel Le Meridien, Ahmedabad. The event commenced at 5:30 PM and witnessed the presence of over 200 attendees from the textile and allied industries, making it a highly impactful and engaging gathering.
The conclave began with participant registration and a networking session that set the tone for a collaborative and forward-looking evening. Shri Rajeev Chhajer, Sr. Vice Chairman, JITO Ahmedabad & Director, RC Events India Pvt Ltd., delivered the welcome remarks, followed by a contextual address by Shri Rinish Sekhani, Convenor, CII Gujarat State Council & Director, Mangal Textiles, Sekhani Group. Shri Rushabh Patel, Chairman, JITO Ahmedabad Chapter, also addressed the gathering, sharing the chapter’s vision and commitment to the textile sector.
Esteemed guest speakers included Shri Ganpatraj Chowdhary, Past Chairman, Apex, and Shri Achal Bakeri, Vice Chairman, CII Gujarat State Council & CMD, Symphony Ltd., who emphasized the importance of innovation and adaptability in a rapidly evolving global market. Shri Samir Sheth, MD. Deval Distributors and Shri A.P. Singhal, Co-Convenor, CII Gujarat Textile Panel, further enriched the session with their insights.
A special segment was dedicated to the felicitation of the distinguished guests, acknowledging their invaluable contributions to the textile industry.
The highlight of the evening was the focused dialogue on the theme “Reimagining Indian Textiles: Innovation, Agility & Purpose-Led Growth,” led by Shri Kulin Lalbhai, Chairman, CII National Committee on Textile & Apparel, and Vice Chairman, Arvind Ltd. His keynote address captivated the audience and was followed by an engaging Q&A session, where industry leaders such as Shri Bharat Chhajer, Past Chairman, PDEXCIL & MD, Bumaco Fabrics; Shri Ronak Chiripal, CEO, Nandan Terry Ltd.; and Shri Jitendra Chauhan, CMD, JadeBlue, shared valuable responses and insights.
The evening concluded with an inspiring address by Shri Shaleen Toshniwal, Chairman, MATEXIL & Joint MD, Banswara Syntex Ltd., on the topic “Leadership Through Integration: From Manufacturing Strength to Global Markets.” His remarks highlighted the importance of a cohesive industry approach in taking Indian textiles to the global stage.
The event concluded with a heartfelt vote of thanks delivered by Shri Dilip Sonigra, Convener of the Textile Committee, expressing gratitude to all speakers, sponsors, partners, and attendees who made the conclave a resounding success.
