On January 30, 2025, the JITO Ahmedabad Ladies Wing hosted an exclusive Table & Picnic Styling Workshop in collaboration with Xtuti Home at Hyatt Vastrapur. The event, held at 3:30 PM, aimed to empower women with creative hosting and styling skills, enhancing their knowledge of table aesthetics, picnic arrangements and sophisticated hosting techniques. The workshop was designed to introduce innovative concepts in styling, provide hands-on experience and encourage creativity and confidence in home décor and hosting. It also served to foster stronger bonds among the JITO Ladies Wing members through interactive participation. The workshop saw the participation of 50 ladies and featured expert stylists from Xtuti Home as guest speakers. The session, which lasted for an hour, covered essential topics such as table setting for different occasions, picnic styling techniques, theme-based décor, colour combinations, floral arrangements, centrepiece ideas and quick styling hacks for effortless elegance. One of the key highlights of the event was a live demonstration where attendees had the opportunity to style their own tables and picnic areas. The interactive Q&A session further allowed participants to seek advice from the experts on personal styling challenges. Networking opportunities and fun discussions among the members also contributed to the event’s success. Black Taxi, the event partner, played a vital role in supporting logistics, décor elements and enhancing the overall experience. The event received a 95% positive response from participants, with feedback indicating that the hands-on learning approach and practical styling insights were particularly appreciated. Recommendations for future events included organizing advanced styling sessions, adding more DIY elements and collaborating with other styling brands to diversify the experience.
